    Jeremy Avner: Serial Entrepreneur in Health, Wellness, and Technology: Jeremy Avner is a versatile entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience across the wellness, behavioral health, real estate, and technology sectors. Known for launching and scaling high-impact businesses, Mr. Avner has a proven track record of bridging innovative health strategies with consumer-ready solutions.

    Health & Wellness Innovation: Mr. Avner has co-founded and led several companies in the health and anti-aging space, including BioDesign and NuViva, developing clinical protocols and integrative approaches for hormone optimization, weight loss, and functional health. He is certified in peptide therapies, bariatric weight loss, and anti-aging specialization.

    Business Leadership & Industry Impact: Mr. Avner served as Chapter Chair for YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), where he also held the role of Health and Wellness Liaison with Cigna during a two-year board tenure

    In addition to his healthcare ventures, Mr. Avner maintains active involvement in real estate development and investment, and contributes to early-stage product and brand launches across various industries.

    Education & Credentials: Jeremy holds a degree in Marketing and a minor in Psychology from the University of Central Florida (UCF). His specialized certifications in wellness protocols allow him to blend scientific insight with business strategy in launching consumer-driven health programs

  • Adrian E. Quevedo, MS, BCN, NEI, President

    Mr. Quevedo began his career in trauma/PTSD response and mental health, serving as a Victim Advocate for the State Attorney's Office (9th Judicial Circuit) where he worked in the Domestic Violence, Sex Crimes, and Homicide Units. He later provided school-based and in-home therapy to underserved youth and families focusing on trauma, PTSD, behavioral challenges, and developmental support.

    Functional Brain & Lab Integration: A certified QEEG/Neurotherapist, Mr. Quevedo holds a certification in Neuro-Endocrine and Immunology. He has advanced expertise in interpreting Organic Acids, DNA methylation, and neurotransmitter labs—skills he applies in personalized protocols for ADHD, stress regulation, and executive performance.

    Entrepreneurship and Technology Leadership: Mr. Quevedo has founded and led multiple ventures including Healix², Newrologix, Newrologix Technologies, and Cognizance Technologies. He has overseen the development of a neurofeedback software integrated with streaming services and clinician reporting tools. He also formulates nutraceuticals under the CalaVida brand, named after his late father, Eduardo (Cala).

    Thought Leadership: Mr. Quevedo is a speaker for YPO International in the Health Division and frequently presents on the topics of brain optimization, executive resilience, and neurodevelopment. He is known for translating complex neurophysiological data into actionable, family- and performance-friendly strategies. He has also appeared on NBC’s The Golf Channel where he highlighted the dynamics of Neurofeedback Training for Professional Golfers.

  • Waylon Krush, Secretary

    Waylon Krush is a U.S. Army Veteran with over twenty years of hands-on experience in securing complex systems. Mr. Krush is deeply committed to the well-being of veterans, having helped to create and served on the Board of Directors for Warrior to Cyber Warrior, a non-profit dedicated to bridging the gap between military service and a civilian career in cybersecurity.

    His health-focused background is extensive and includes:

    Veteran and Government Health Systems: Mr. Krush has significant experience working on cyber missions for DoD Health, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), including work at their Headquarters and several operating divisions.

    Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry Security: He has provided security training and worked on cyber projects for many of the Fortune 500 medical, health, pharmaceutical, and hospital companies throughout his career.

    Thought Leadership: He has been called to testify as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on cybersecurity before the U.S. House of Representatives, and has been featured on major news outlets like CNBC, Fox News, AP, and NPR.

    Mr. Krush’s technical expertise includes managing secure system design, architecture, incident response, malware analysis, forensic sampling, and cyber hunt operations. He is a recipient of numerous awards, including the 718th Military Intelligence Soldier of the Year and the Knowlton Award.
